Delivery Cost & Time
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification email with the tracking details. You can use this information to track your order's progress and know when to expect it.
Upon receipt of your order, we will process and arrange for shipment as soon as possible. Order processing time is: 1 - 3 business days.
We offer standard shipping with flat rate charge of RM12.90.

Order Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time
All orders are shipped from Malaysia.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Address Modifications
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gaiusi.com before your order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gaiusi.com with your order details.
We will contact the courier to investigate and will provide either a replacement or a refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
For orders delivered within Malaysia, any applicable taxes are included or calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
For orders shipped outside Malaysia, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Gaiusi does not control these charges and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
If your parcel is held by customs, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. Please contact your local customs office for further information about possible import charges.
