Return & Refund Policy
At Gaiusi, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We offer a 30 day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Method
All returns must be sent back by mail to the return address provided by our support team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as Gaiusi is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or delayed during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, Gaiusi will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Hygiene sensitive items once opened or used
- Items marked as non returnable on the product page
These exclusions will always be clearly stated where applicable.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@gaiusi.com and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard exchanges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Replacement items will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gaiusi.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
